Cancellation Policy

Booking : Valid card on file is required to book an appointment. Your card is for my cancellation policy only. Cancellation Policy : Cancellations must be done 48 hours prior to an appointment. Canceling or no showing the day of your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service fee(s) you were booked for. Canceling 24 hours before your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the service fee(s) you were booked for. Rescheduling Appointments : Rescheduling must be done 48hrs before your appointment. Otherwise it will be too late to reschedule your appointment. Late policy : There is a 15 minute grace period for all clients. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your service will be compromised due to the timing or your appointment may be canceled & you will be charged the cancellation fee. *I have the right to refuse service to anyone*
